There is beauty in the rest

I rarely take naps during the day but recently I find myself feeling exhausted after doing what feels like literally nothing 😂. If you can relate, remember, there is beauty in the rest. 

Take it hour by hour and listen to your body even if it means cancelling every thing just to sit and stare out the window. ⛅️ 

Try not to compare how you feel now to what you used to be able to do or what used to seem “standard”. Energy ebbs and flows and for many, especially my fellow Aquarius ♒️ out there you may be feeling the intensity of it. This too will shift. 🌊 

“Body, I’m listening. How could I best support you right now?”

Breathe and sit quietly for 3-4 minutes. Try to tune in for a few moments and ask your body what it wants.

“Body, I’m listening. How could I best support you right now?”

Then try to honor what you hear, whatever the answer is. Whether it’s going out or going straight back to bed 🙋🏼‍♀️ you can’t go wrong, as long as you’re acting with intention and from a place of alignment. 

Be gentle with yourself 🌺

Remember:

rest —> restoration 🌅
